Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been created and is valid for sliusarchuk.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"). The Contractor pays great attention to the protection of personal data of its Users. Users of the Website sliusarchuk.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website", "Website") can browse the pages of the Website without providing any personal data about themselves. However, in order to provide the Services presented on our Website, we need your contact information so that we can contact you, confirm your order and deliver the ordered Goods to you. We do not share your personal data with third parties and protect their confidentiality.

This policy is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

TERMINOLOGY

Terms used in this Privacy Policy:

"Personal data"- any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

"Processing of personal data" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

  • GENERAL PROVISIONS

    • This privacy policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing personal data of Users. We receive personal data of the Users from the Users when placing an order through the shopping cart of the Online Store, when placing an order by calling the phones listed on the Website. Personal data of the Users is filled in by the Users (when placing an order through the basket of the Online Store). The information required for the provision of the Service is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the Users at their discretion.

    • Confidentiality of personal data is a prerequisite for the Contractor to have access to the personal data of the Users, with the requirement to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the User or other legal basis.

    • The use of the Website by the Users means acceptance of this privacy policy and the terms of personal data processing.

    • In case of disagreement with the terms of the privacy policy, the User must stop using the Website.

    • This policy applies only to the Codelab website. The Contractor does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties.

    • The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Users of the Site.

  • PERSONAL INFORMATION

    • The Contractor collects the following personal data, namely:

      1. first name, last name and patronymic
      2. contact phone number;
      3. e-mail address;

    • Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion.

  • PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF USERS

    • The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, provision/receipt and settlement of payments for the purchased Goods/Services.

    • The Contractor collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services.

    • The Contractor collects data to communicate with the User, including notifications about the provision of the Services, order confirmation, as well as to process requests and applications from Users.

    • The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any means.

  • COOKIES POLICY

    • The Contractor collects information about the Users' visits to the Website pages in order to obtain statistics on visits and the effectiveness of their use, to form a personalized approach and adapt to the interests of each user. We do this with the help of various technologies, one of which is cookies.

    • Cookies are used to evaluate the effectiveness of our Store (for example, to measure the number of visitors and the duration of their stay on the Application), to identify the most interesting and visited pages, as well as to ensure the convenience of navigation and use of the Website without collecting any personal information. Cookies can also be used to form a personalized approach based on the user's existing experience of interaction with the Store and its preferences.     • Using the Google Analytics system, the Administration collects statistics on visits to the Store, such as: pages visited, number of page views, downloaded information, domains of Internet providers and countries of origin of visitors, as well as addresses of websites that were visited from the pages of the Application, etc. None of these actions is associated with the visitor personally and is measured only in the aggregate.

  • TERMS OF GRANTING ACCESS TO THE DATABASE

    • We do not transfer the personal data of Users to third parties, except in cases determined by the legislation of Ukraine.

    • The User's personal data is disclosed when the User orders the Services on the Website.

    • In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Contractor shall immediately inform the User.

    • The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

  • CHANGE OF USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

    • The user may at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information provided by him or her or a part of it by sending an e-mail with the relevant request to this address: alex.sliusarchuk@gmail.com.

  • CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY

    • We have the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy. In this case, we will replace the version of the Document on the Privacy Policy page. Please review these terms periodically to be informed about how we protect the personal data of our Users.

    • In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the site, as well as demand that the Data Site Administration delete his or her Personal Data.
